Naciel Holdings Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries ("our group") will handle the personal information of each applicant ("applicant") obtained in connection with the recruitment activities conducted by our group companies in accordance with the "Privacy Policy for Recruitment Activities" ("policy").

1. Personal Information Collected

The Company collects personal information to the extent and by the means necessary for the purposes set forth in "2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information" below.

  1. Name, age, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, educational background, work history, information about qualifications held, current annual income, desired annual income, and any other information that our group designates as personal information.
  2. Any and all information contained in documents submitted by applicants for the purpose of applying for employment, regardless of format, such as resumes, CVs, application forms, questionnaires, etc.
  3. History of application and participation in recruitment activities and results of selection for employment.

Personal information collected by our group may include information related to topics such as gender, health status, and nationality ("sensitive information"). The provision of sensitive information is voluntary, and our group will collect sensitive information only with the prior consent of the applicant. Sensitive information collected will only be used to the extent necessary to improve our group’s recruitment process, including increasing diversity in recruitment, to ensure suitability for work at our group (e.g., job assignments) and health, and to assist in obtaining necessary entry visas and work permits.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information" above. In such cases, we will thoroughly examine whether the sub-contractor meets the sub-contractor selection criteria set by our group, and ensure that personal information will be properly managed when entering into a contract.
